School Administrator: Ginny Lacey-Willis, ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI has been a Realtor® since 1979. She has been a GRI Instructor since 1997, a Continuing Education Instructor on the local level since 1985, and on the state level since 1990. Attended the National Association of Realtors® Professional Standards Training Seminar in 1999. President of the Certified Residential Manager Broker Network 2001 and the Alabama Association of Realtors® Director for 2001. She is Chair of the Annual Salesmanship Conference in 2001.
	Jim Lawrence, CRB began teaching Real Estate in 1978. He taught orientation for the Board of Real Estate® since 1978. He designed & copyrighted Real Estate educational program "Prostar" in 1988. Began School of Real Estate in 1992. He is an Accredited ABR Instructor and a Certified CE Instructor. He serves in the Real Estate Speakers Circuit. Teaches at Alabama Association of Realtors® Conference in Tuscaloosa. He is a speaker for the Auburn Education Fair. The Alabama Association of Realtors® uses him statewide.
	Donnis Palmer, Broker has been a real estate instructor since 1995 and has taught various places around the state. Donnis recognized that some students have a need for flexibility when acquiring real estate education. To address that need, she has devoted herself to providing quality online education. Her courses are taught both as self-paced and live classes offered in a Webcast format on the Internet. OR a student can do a little of both…take some self-paced and some live classes. She has partnered with LAH to make these online courses available.
	Dot Mash, CRB, CRS, ABRM, ABR, GRI, CSP serves as an Education Trustee for the Alabama Association of REALTORS® and has been elected as a Director of both the Alabama Association of REALTORS® and the Birmingham Association of REALTORS®. Dot has served multiple terms as a member of the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® Grievance Committee, the Education Committee and will serve as Chair of the Education Committee in 2007. She holds a Masters of Education Degree and teaches real estate classes throughout the state of Alabama.
	Erin Metzger Training Director, has been actively selling real estate since 1999. She hails to us from the Chicago area where she received numerous awards for sales performance. She developed and implemented a successful training program in her market’s top producing office and has been engrossed in training ever since. She moved to the Birmingham area in 2005 and looks forward to training the fantastic new agents hired by LAH. Erin is certified to teach pre license, post license and CE classes.
